How does EurobusNext work?

On Eurobusnext we make available to you, for free, thousands of transports requests to quote on. Once the client accepts your bids, your respective contact details are exchanged and you can contact the client to arrange the transports.

Why EurobusNext works?

Because we do not charge any registration fee or monthly subscription. You just pay a small commission share when the transports is awarded

EurobusNext is the new way to connect anyone who needs a private transport service directly with the transport company.



Signing-in to EurobusNext

How much is it?

No registration fees are envisaged. You can scroll the list of transports requests, place your bids and ask questions to clients, all for free. We just charge you a small commission share (6%) when you are awarded with a transports.



How to succeed with EurobusNext

Start in the right way

If you are new to Eurobusnext, you have no or few feedbacks from previous customers. That is why we suggest you to place very competitive quotes at the beginning. Later on you will be able to rely on you reputation and to align prices with the market.

Communication is key

After the customer has accepted your quote, you can interact directly with him. It is necessary to specify that the chats will be moderated and supervised by Eurobusnext, in order to guarantee the correct fulfillment of the commercial agreements between customer and supplier.

Do not forget to ask your customers a feedback on the work you did.



Awarding of a transport and invoicing

What happen when I am awarded with a transports?

When you win a transports you receive an email with the contact details of the customer.

I won a transports, how should I pay the success fee to Eurobusnext?

For every confirmed booking, the customer will pay EurobusNext a deposit commensurate with the total amount to guarantee the service. Eurobusnext will withhold the sums of deposit and balance, received from the customer, as a guarantee of the correct fulfillment of the service. The aforementioned sums will be paid to the supplier net of the agreed commissions within 15 days from the issue of the invoice, which the supplier will be obliged to issue to the customer and to upload to the system; the balance will be equal to the total of the service, minus its commission share.

I have been awarded with a transports but unfortunately I will no be able to execute it. What should I do?

You can cancel the transport up to 16 days in advance, otherwise penalties will be charged. The same happens for the customer, as a guarantee of the correct fulfillment of the service.



Billing and Feedback

For what amount will I have to issue an invoice to the user?

The invoice must have a taxable amount equal to the amount of the estimate accepted by the user, including therefore the deposit paid by him on Eurobusnext. In fact, remember that this deposit has been collected by EurobusNext on your behalf and is keeping it for you.

One of my clients left me a negative feedback which I consider unfair, what should I do?

You are allowed to leave a counter feedback, but we do not allow the removal of the feedback unless such feedback is libelous, vulgar and clearly untrue or the removal is requested directly from the customer.
