Book a transport

How long does it have to take before booking a transport?

The times for booking a transport vary depending on the availability of the bus companies. It is advisable to book transport at least 7-10 days before the desired departure date.

What does “booking a transport” mean?

Booking a transport means asking a transport provider to reserve a bus and asking him to contact you back in order to arrange the transport.

How to pay a transport?

When booking, a small deposit is required, with a variable amount (10% or 30% depending on when the service is confirmed). The remaining balance will be paid later (7 days before departure). Only if a service is confirmed 7 to 0 days before departure, 100% will be paid upon confirmation.

Is the booking of a transport binding?

No penalty for cancellations received up to 16 days before the start of the service. For cancellations received from 15 days to date of commencement of service, 100% of the amount paid.

Why the booking of a transport require a deposit?

The deposit represents a guarantee to the transport provider of the fact that you are truly interested in the service you are booking.

Is the deposit safe?

What about invoicing?

Transportation billing is carried out by the transporter who performed the service. The bus company must issue an invoice to the customer for the entire amount.
